WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
When placing your order, please make sure that you are truly in love with the cute items that you choose. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please double check the sizing charts for each product when purchasing apparel as well as dimensions when purchasing other physicals items.
Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you and why we do not off returns or exchanges. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
The only time we can cancel and refund an order is if the same order is accidentally placed twice. Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged packages. If you do have any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us with your name and order number, so we can resolve it together.
Missing Delivered Packages
We take great care to ensure your order is processed and shipped accurately. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered to the address provided, the responsibility for its safety and delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, please follow these steps:
• Verify the Delivery:
• Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
• Look in safe or secure locations where the carrier may have left it (e.g., a porch, mailbox, or garage).
• Contact the Shipping Carrier:
• Reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. They are best equipped to investigate delivery issues or provide updates.
• File a missing package claim with the carrier if necessary.
Please Note:
• As the package is no longer under our control once marked as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund missing packages due to carrier errors or theft.
