The delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 weeks. However, due to extremely high demand currently, it can take up to 3-5 weeks to process and ship your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal. If you have problems placing an order online please email us and we’ll do our best to help you.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you can't remember your password click the forgot password option when signing in to your account to reset it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing by sending an email at email@example.com. Please note that orders may only be canceled within 24 business hours of being placed, provided they have not already begun the shipping process.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When you place an order you will receive an email in the next days to let you know when your purchase has been shipped.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS IN WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
You should receive a missed delivery card if no one is available to collect your parcel, Check in with your local Post Office or delivery service.
WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for the UK. For more information click here
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?
If you have not received your order within 5 weeks of the date when you ordered your items please notify us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. After 21 days from the date of purchase Kult Kawaii reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, It is regularly updated so it's worth checking back.
Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
